COORDINADOR/A CUSTOMER SERVICE

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades? - Coordinar el Servicio a Clientes del canal HORECA.
- Gestión proactiva de la cartera de pedidos del canal y reparto de cargas de trabajo entre los integrantes de su equipo.
- Seguimiento de riesgos de servicio y proactividad en aportar soluciones - Coordinación de la disponibilidad de vinos con el área de Planificación - Comunicación con el área Comercial - Seguimiento del servicio con el área de Logística (almacén y transporte) - Seguimiento cambio de añadas y activación en aplicativo de ventas - Flujo de devoluciones y abono a clientes - Implementación y desarrollo de procedimientos aportando valor al cliente y buscando la eficiencia de la entrada de pedidos y servicio del canal.
- Promover la simplificación y mejora continua en los procesos de Customer Service.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de KPIs del área (nivel de servicio, incidencias, pedidos) ¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición? - Más de 3 años en el área de Customer Service y experiencia gestionando un equipo.
- Experiencia previa en sectores afines, como gran consumo, farmacéutico o cosmético, dentro del ámbito de atención al cliente.
- Mínimo.
grado formativo medio.
Valorable.
Grado en ADE o equivalente - Manejo de SAP módulo SD y Excel avanzado.
