Why you'll love this job The Reservations Coordinator is in charge of all core team performance The Coordinator also maintains communication with other stations What you'll do In charge of all core team performance Maintains communication with other stations Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new projects with manager Understands, communicates and implements corporate policies and procedures Coordinates sales and operation in the office Prepares core team manning schedules and coordinates agent’s schedules along with manager Coordinates employees hiring process utilizing corporate and country guidelines Has office facilities and equipment well maintained according to AA standards Determines and communicates operational needs to upper management All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Must be able to lead and motivate supervisors and agents to maintain excellent teamwork Proactive Must be decisive and able to work under pressure Adapts to flexible hours when required Outstanding self-time management and attendance is a must Good oral and written communication skills Ires course required, aacorn knowledge preferred 5-year min experience in res Experience in handling group of people preferred Demonstrates strong administrative, analytical and organizational skills Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of reservations operations and sales Feel free to be yourself at American From the team members we hire to the customers we serve, inclusion and diversity are the foundation of the dynamic workforce at American Airlines.
