CORPORATE AND TRADE FINANCE MANAGER

OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for an autonomous and analytical Corporate and Trade Finance Manager.Are you willing to join a passionate and high performing team, in a cross-cultural, fast-paced, and strongly grOWing environment?GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe successful incumbent will be expected to work in the Structured and Corporate Finance team. While operating under the supervision of the Director of the department, the successful candidate will be able to manage and execute processes and activities with a degree of autonomy.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESImplementation of OW’s Financing Policy - Corporate Finance.Establishing and managing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (shareholders, banks, partners, other company departments, project teams).Analysis, structuring, execution and reporting of corporate financing debt facilities (Letters of credit, working capital products, shareholder loans, share capital increases) and eventually external financing (standalone).Management and control of credit support instruments (guarantees, letters of support, letters of credit).Actively contributing to the management and optimization of OW’s capital structureBack-office finance controls.All these tasks require developing and leading sound working relationships with different departments.
