CORPORATE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT MANAGER (SPAIN BASED)

You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects align with strategic objectives while coordinating and supporting global improvement efforts across various corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities.
- Establish and lead Continuous Improvement project management, serving as the primary point of contact for projects across the organization.
- Develop and implement processes, standards, and tools in line with Lean Management principles.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Directorate to define strategic objectives and KPIs for project delivery and operational excellence.
- Implement a tracking system for global Continuous Improvement projects, monitoring progress metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Guide local and corporate teams, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and resource management, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requisitos Requirements.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
- Have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in Continuous Improvement project management.
- PMP Certification or similar preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement techniques.
- Lean Certification (Black belt) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Minitab, Tableau) for performance analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand - Teamwork is a must, we are looking for people who promote a good atmosphere and synergies between colleagues and different work teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
