COUNTRY SALES MANAGER

As our new Country Sales Manager, your mission will be to further develop the growth of our brands and industrial services of belting, power transmission and movement systems.
It is the responsibility of the Country Manager (Spain and Portugal) to define the sales and marketing strategy and to maximize the sales growth and profitability of the subsidiary in Barcelona.
Key responsibilities.
P&L Responsibility.
Oversee profit and loss for Spain and Portugal.
Market Strategy.
Develop strategies to increase market share in the industrial business and services.
Budget Targets.
Set and achieve annual sales and financial targets within approved budgets.
Reporting.
Regularly report financial results and achievements.
Leadership and Training.
Lead and train the Field Force and optimize sales support and marketing staff.
Account Management.
Manage key distributor relationships and customer satisfaction, translating market demands into forecasts.
Annual Plans.
Develop annual sales action programs, marketing plans, and trial plans.
CRM Usage.
Promote CRM usage to enhance sales efficiency.
Market Development.
Identify and develop new segments and distribution channels.
Motivation and Staffing.
Foster motivation and recommend staff changes as needed.
Financial Support.
Oversee financial support functions.

University or BSc preferably in Engineering or BA Commercial education or MBA in Business Administration   Knowledge and experience.
At least 5+ years commercial working experience preferably in B2B sales in an industrial sector.
Fluent in verbal and writing in Spanish and English MS-Office (Word, Excel.
PowerPoint) experience at user level Knowledge of CRM software is a preference
