CREATIVE SERVICES ASSOCIATEFIRM BACKGROUND:Roc360 is a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors in the United States.  The firm connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a branchless network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams to lend to property investors who buy, rehab, resell, and/or rent properties.  The firm originates and services multiple business-purpose loan products (“BPLs”), via various sales channels which, together with ancillary service offerings, provide an end-to-end experience that drives repeat customer transactions and profitability.  The firm’s loan products include residential transitional bridge loans (“RTL”) (including single and multi-unit properties) and Rental Loans (including single property rentals and rental portfolios). Founded in 2014, Roc360 is headquartered in NYC, with offices in Madrid, Spain, Chennai, India, and Costa Rica.  The firm has over 380 employees globally across three continents, and can originate loans in 43 states and Washington, D.C.  The firm’s founders have worked together for over 20 years and most of its senior management team has also enjoyed a long tenure at the company.  Through its proprietary technology-enabled Third-Party Originator and Direct-to-Borrower lending channels and strong brand recognition, the firm has funded over $10bn in loans since its inception.  WHO YOU ARE:You are a visual storyteller with a passion for design. Your comprehensive working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign aids you in creating content for:Print (ads, articles, brochures, branded publications, etc.)Digital (social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Events (content intended for large-format printing) Your familiarity with Adobe After Effects enables you to create short animations and GIFs that add motion, story, and energy to your static designs.Since you are a storyteller, you want to know all the details relating to the subject matter of the stories you are telling, and you feel you must know and understand the audience intended to view the content you are creating.You are passionate about personal development and are excited to learn new skills, tools, and techniques that will expand your repertoire. You understand that feedback is a gift. You are a problem solver who can take a step back from a problem and deliver simple and elegant solutions that look beautiful. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Generate new and original visual assets and content for Roc360 and its affiliate brands to the specifications of our internal and external partners and our Creative Director.Participate in ideation sessions and work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team of creatives to execute and deliver a variety of content for multiple Roc360 brandsAdd and update new logos, treatments, and details to current marketing materials and documentsDevelop options and solutions for content in situations where no clear idea or specs were shared with you - you will do this by understanding the businesses, and the needs of business stakeholders who are requesting content in conjunction with a deep knowledge of the brand guidelines and the preferences for tone and style of our brands as laid out by our Creative DirectorSummarize your accomplishments and keep internal parties apprised of decisions, developments, and progress on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly basisWork using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and additional or ancillary software, plugins, stock materials, etc. to complete the majority of your assignments.Quickly turn around various concept works that will be discussed and refined to become final brand contentAssist with PowerPoint decks and presentations as needed (colors, fonts, formatting, layout, and slide design, infographics, customized icons, etc.)Adhere to, add to, and advocate for our brand standards and style guidesYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Superior written and verbal communication skills (fluent English required)BA in Design, Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 3 years experience working in a demanding design role (agency or in-house)Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative CloudExpertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign requiredFamiliarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder strongly preferredExperience working with other applications (Substance 3d, Blender, Character Animator, etc.) a plusProfessional experience working as part of a team requiredTeam-oriented and highly collaborative personality Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and fluid environmentAbility to clearly articulate ideas, your creative process, and decision-making to colleagues and senior-level executives in regular conversations and presentationsExperience working with and managing third-party vendors and contractors preferredSome copywriting experience for creative (in English) strongly preferredFull understanding of modern typography, layout, and color (for both print and digital - CMYK/RGB, etc.) requiredAdvanced understanding of advertisements, one-pagers, brochures, white papers/research papers, email layout and graphics, video sizing and resolution, (print and digital), etc. requiredProven experience in creating attention-grabbing designs on social media.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment WHAT WE OFFER:Highly competitive compensation packageThis is an in-person position located in Madrid.
