We are on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and knows how to capture attention and drive sales online.You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative, performance-driven creative across paid media platforms for our multiple 7 to 8 figure DTC brands and clients. Whether it's researching, brainstorming UGC, or coming up with new angles, you'll be the person turning ideas into high-performing content.The best part? You'll be creating, optimizing, and analyzing content with real impact, while understanding the psychology behind consumer behavior. If you're a creative mind with a strong understanding of how to sell online, we want to hear from you!To excel in this role:You’ve created your own content and sold something online You love to brainstorm and think outside the box You understand what grabs and holds attention on social media You have a strong grasp of customer psychology — what motivates people to act, click, and buy.You’re passionate about performance marketing and are always ready to test new angles and ideas.You’re comfortable with putting together and reviewing creative briefs, developing content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life.In your day-to-day:You'll be creating and reviewing creative briefs that align with our brand and performance goals.You'll work closely with the media buying team to ensure creative assets are optimized for maximum performance.You'll brainstorm new ideas for content that drives sales.You'll analyze performance data to iterate on your creative strategies and keep pushing the envelope.You'll stay on top of social media trends and consumer behavior to keep our content fresh and relevant.Benefits:Fully remote position — work from anywhere.Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.Training on all aspects of creative strategy, performance marketing, and content creation.Work with some of the coolest and fastest-growing DTC brands in the game.If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply through the form linked below.
