We are on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and knows how to capture attention and drive sales online.You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative, performance-driven creative across paid media platforms for our multiple 7 to 8 figure DTC brands and clients. Whether it's researching, brainstorming UGC, or coming up with new angles, you'll be the person turning ideas into high-performing content.The best part? You'll be creating, optimizing, and analyzing content with real impact, while understanding the psychology behind consumer behavior.
