CREDIT RISK SPECIALIST

Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector, is currently seeking a Risk Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Developing credit scoring modelsResearching new data and methodologies for application in analytical modelsMonitoring and optimising the stability and performance of existing modelsDesigning monitoring mechanisms and alerts to track portfolio performanceParticipating in internal development projects related to analytical tools and processesInteracting with various business areas and stakeholders to implement process improvementsCreating and automating reports, studies, and analyses to manage the portfolio and support decision-makingJob Requirements:Higher diploma in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Information ManagementAdvanced knowledge in information management and programming (SQL, SAS, R, Python)Experience in similar roles, preferably within the financial and consumer credit sectorProficiency in Spanish; advanced English is desirable for international collaborationStrong analytical capabilities with a business-oriented mindsetCritical thinking and teamwork skillsExcellent organisational skills, with a rigorous approach to problem-solvingBenefits:Permanent contract directly with end clientCompetitive compensation package (40-45k + flex, negotiable)Hybrid working policy (3 days at home / 2 days in the office, flexible)Flexible working hoursMeal allowanceHalf days on Fridays and all SummerStable and permanent role within a leading financial institutionOpportunity to work on cutting-edge data and risk analysis projectsProfessional development and training opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentIf you have a keen interest in risk data analysis and are looking to advance your career in the retail banking sector, we would like to hear from you.
