CRM DATA SPECIALIST

What would your day-to-day life be like in the E-Commerce team? The ideal candidate is familiar with CRM systems and understands the importance of maintaining accurate, insightful 1st party data and to make business decision consumer centric. Your will oversee management and growth of our consumer database and ensure improved performance of engagement, RFM and consumer lifetime value. This person reports to the Global head of e-commerce, a division of the global marketing and brand department.Main responsibilities:Oversee our company’s data in all our 7 subsidiaries, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams to implement CRM strategies.Collect and analyze customer data from the CRM system. Track and monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and strategies. Identify opportunities to improve customer relationships and satisfaction based on CRM data analysis.Utilize data analysis to predict customer behavior and trends as insights for the rest of the company.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data analysis results to senior management on performance and engagement metrics.Set up and implement the emailing communication (triggers, automatizations and campaigns), ensuring consistent omnichannel messaging across all touchpoints.Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity. Assist in the implementation and integration of new CRM systems or upgrades.Provide training and support to CRM system users.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a CRM, Data Analyst or similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
