CRM ENGINEER

What you’ll do Being part of the CRM Chapter, you will contribute in designing and implementing Vodafone’s core CRM system.
The role will be virtually assigned on VF’s IT Value Streams following SAFE methodology and applying best practices.
•    Design and develop highly performant and scalable solutions on Siebel CRM.
•    Collaborate with Vodafone product teams, solution designers and architects to develop Vodafone’s CRM initiatives.
•    Contribute, as member of an agile team, in the research, analysis, design development and testing of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy.
•    Ensure technical integrity and quality control consistency throughout the development life cycle.
•    Participate in code reviews and shared knowledge.
•    Collaborate with development teams to develop features from conception to launch.
•    Configure, deploy and maintain application servers to satisfy development needs.
•    Partner with vendors and technology teams in order to produce solid and state of the art deliverables.
•    Help in removing technical impediments raised by team(s).
Who you are •    Computer Science or Engineering background is required.
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in Siebel EAI integration, Siebel Open UI, Siebel configuration, scripting and workflows.
•    Understanding of Siebel Application Architecture and Data model.
•    A thorough understanding of software Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
•    Knowledge of java and javascript.
•    Understanding of API principles (SOAP and REST) •    Familiarity with Relational Databases •    Have a grasp of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Microservices.
•    Experience with software development life cycle and quality assurance processes, methodologies and tools •    Working experience in agile environments/teams will be highly appreciated •    Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast moving, multi-project team environment  •    Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) •    Self-motivated and self-managing with strong interpersonal skills   Not a perfect fit?
