Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Su función principal consistirá en la gestión completa del proceso de customer service, desde la entrada de avisos de servicio a la planificación, el tratamiento y la facturación, atendiendo y gestionando incidencias.
La herramienta principal de trabajo será SAP, por lo que resulta imprescindible haber trabajado previamente con ella.
Requisitos Preferible titulación universitaria relacionada con Ciencias de la Salud.
Experiencia previa de un año en sector industria farmacéutica.
Experiencia previa mínima de un año en el uso de SAP (módulo customer service).
Nivel de inglés medio-alto.
Interés en contrato temporal hasta finales diciembre .
Posible continuidad.
Persona analítica y con atención al detalle.
Excelencia en la calidad de atención al cliente.
Se ofrece.
Contrato temporal por 4 meses con posibilidades de continuidad.
Contrato fijo discontinuo.
