CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT (CCM) DEVELOPER

Resumen del Puesto El Desarrollador CCM (SmartComms) será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de gestión de la comunicación con el cliente (CCM) utilizando la plataforma SmartComms.
Responsabilidades Principales Diseño y Desarrollo.
Crear y mantener soluciones de CCM utilizando la plataforma SmartComms.
Implementación de Proyectos.
Participar en la implementación de proyectos de CCM, asegurando su alineación con los requisitos del cliente y los objetivos de la empresa.
Colaboración.
Trabajar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluidos los equipos de marketing, ventas y TI, para garantizar la integración y coherencia de las soluciones de CCM.
Solución de Problemas.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con la plataforma SmartComms.
Capacitación.
Proporcionar capacitación y soporte a los usuarios finales y al personal del proyecto, asegurando un uso eficiente de las soluciones de CCM.
Requisitos Educación.
Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o un campo relacionado.
Experiencia.
Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con al menos 3 años trabajando con plataformas de CCM como SmartComms (Preferiblemente) o Quadient, Inspire designer, Open Text….
Nivel de Inglés mínimo B2 Conocimientos Técnicos.
Experiencia comprobada en programación en lenguajes como Java, SQL y XML.
Conocimientos de integración de sistemas y gestión de bases de datos.
Habilidades Analíticas.
Capacidad para analizar y comprender los requisitos del cliente y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas efectivas.
Comunicación.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para presentar ideas complejas de manera clara y concisa.
Trabajo en Equipo.
Habilidad para colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo y de la organización.
Capacidad de Resolución de Problemas.
Habilidad demostrada para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente y efectiva.
