About the Role Reporting to the Customer Development Group Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the business plan, achieving sales targets and growing market share from a market leading pharma retailer.
Critical to this exciting role, is an ability to work within a team.
You will be a key member of the Pharmacy team and work very closely with all functions of the business to drive growth outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities Building and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders Development of joint business plans, including promotional strategy & action plans to close customer gaps, including post-event analysis and recommendations Lead future growth opportunities Monitoring sales and distribution performance, particularly for new products, and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement Implementing and maintaining Category Management initiatives within customers, developed in partnership with the Shopper Development Manager Coordinating special events in co-operation with Marketing and Retail Marketing Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
Someone who is able to demonstrate success in the grocery channel in relation to negotiation, analytical ability, building long-term relationships and you will hold a high level of commercial and business acumen (including a strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office and IRI Temple/Nielsen).
Education Degree qualified The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset, be solutions focussed, results-oriented attitude and a drive to develop and progress within the business.
