Description We are looking for a Customer Engineer with expertise in video technologies to join our Customer Service Delivery team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in video streaming protocols, networking, and customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering customized software solutions, managing projects, and providing advanced technical support.
Your work will help ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality video technology solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Responsibilities - Lead software projects, ensuring they meet client needs and deliver expected results.
- Implement video technology systems with a focus on effective video streaming and network configurations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and support clients through testing phases, addressing any issues that arise.
- Create user manuals and train internal teams on new video solutions and their features.
- Provide top-tier support for video technologies, resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve software functionality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the creation and delivery of innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new products.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Background in project management and customer service.
- Proven track record in delivering software solutions focused on video tech.
- Expertise in video streaming technologies like HLS, SSRT, and DASH.
- Familiarity with video codecs and network setups (H.
, MPEG-TS, etc.).
- Proficient in scripting with JavaScript, Python, and Node.

- Solid understanding of networking and Linux system management.
- Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to project ownership.
