Your role focuses on delivering personalized, timely, and accurate assistance to create seamless and unforgettable travel experiences. By utilizing expert knowledge of travel options and staying updated on industry trends, this role ensures customer satisfaction while supporting team projects and innovations to enhance service delivery.As a team, we are passionate about turning travel dreams into reality, ensuring our customers have unforgettable experiences and creating memories that last a lifetime.Our team is comprised of experienced travel professionals who possess extensive knowledge about travels. We take the time to listen attentively to our customers' needs, preferences, and concerns, tailoring our services to meet their unique requirements.What you’ll do:Liaising with customers and partners to resolve issues by phone and email on topics such as: changes, cancellations or confirmations of orders, special requests, etc.Provide accurate, valid and complete informationEnsuring a very good level of customer service and a positive customer experienceParticipate in new projects for which we need your helpWhat you will bring:Proficiency in English and TurkishAn affinity for providing excellent customer serviceAbility to adapt in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to appropriate and solve problemsPositive and resilient attitudeGreat team spiritBasic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (including Excel)Skills: Good communication, teamwork, proactive, problem solving and flexibleHave a work permit.What we offer:Permanent contract.Immediate incorporation.Full-time.
