For more information, visit www.jaggaer.comYour Responsibilities:Work with customer-facing teams to identify and cultivate customer referencesImplement the systems and processes that are necessary to create a world-class customer reference programEnsure our customer reference database is current and accurateCreate and maintain in-depth customer profiles and contactsMaintain accountability for the use of the customer references used by sales and in marketing materialsManage reference request fulfillment and track reference activity and outcomesMeasure and report on the overall program against business goals – by region, industry, product, etcWork with sales and customer success to identify top reference accounts and cultivate championsOversee and manage the customer reference system, Loyalty ManagementIf needed, coordinate customer interviews and the strategy in addition to managing the internal/external review, approvals, and posting processDevelop great relationships with customers and JAGGAER Sales team membersTrack use of customer references, including written success studies, quotes, peer-to-peer references, audio, video, and AR/PR contactsWhat You Will Bring:Impressive organizational and project management skillsUnderstanding the reference needs of salesExperience with customer relationship management systemsComfortable with influencing and communicating with all levels of an organizationDesire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at onceExperience with Loyalty Management or similar reference tool3-5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the B2B technology industryAble to multitask and promptly handle ad-hoc requests under tight timeframes2+ years experience working in a customer reference role or related disciplineCustomer-first, detail-oriented personalityExcellent communication, and collaboration skills, enthusiastic, intelligent, hard-working, results-orientedBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related areaExperience working with a customer reference program or in a customer-facing roleFluid communicator who is comfortable talking with customersWe Offer:A positive and fun work environment in a young and motivated teamCompetitive salary, career planShort communication channels and room for your creative ideasAn international, professional environment with exciting opportunitiesAn open-minded and dynamic corporate culture, trainings, and developmentMeal VouchersOur valuesOur values are at the core of who we are at JAGGAER.
