Job Overview The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible of creating, implementing and executing actions aimed at building a positive-sum growth relationship with Spain’s customer’s area of influence.
This position will mainly consist of promoting company’s solutions by cross-selling, in accordance with Company Ibérica’s marketing strategy and in coordination with the other marketing areas which are New Business Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Main Responsibilities.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the main responsibilities will be focused on the following tasks.
Strategy, analysis and coordination.
§ Design and draw the Customer Marketing strategy working closely with Marketing Director to be implemented afterwards.
§ Set up the main objectives with Marketing Director following up results periodically.
§ Define a Customer Marketing Plan according to convenient deadlines by specific actions.
§ Working closely in coordination with following departments.
§ Sales.
x-selling support follow-up § CX.
draw actions with customers such us onboarding, journeys, events, webinars, information, cases,… § Marketing.
New Business Marketing in collaboration with clients and prospects, and Digital Marketing for communication and social media.
§ Report of data periodically.
KPIs, metrics in order to update information and anlyze deviations.
§ Communicate and interact with external stakeholders for different purpose.
§ Periodically report to the Marketing Director.
Execution/Implementation.
§ Create and deliver e-mail marketing related to customers about information, cross-selling, invitations, surveys, etc.
§ Define and update target lists per solution and industry vertical, working closely with Market Research and Data Analysis.
§ Take care of customer satisfaction by visiting them, reporting on status and detecting any anomaly.
§ Assume the Project leadership for the creation of Customer Press Releases and Cases, testimonies for both formats, written and audiovisuals.
§ Create, plan and organize customer-focused events (including Impact Awards) under Esker corporate image and concept.
§ Build and set up customer-focused webinars following an appropriate planning and creating the content in coordination with the department involved.
§ Support communication on Customers in social media, together with Digital Marketing.
§ Ensure all Customer material is correctly exposed on our website and digital platforms by periodically reviews of the Spanish site for customer-focused updates.
§ Provide Sales support by being responsible for all material (ppt, video, brochures, etc.) that implies customer stories such as customer cases (writing or translating), videos, and new “ready-to-use”, “nutshell” info to create for Sales… § Support to ABM strategies together with the New Business Marketing Manager.
§ Collaborate with other areas such as Alliances whenever a Customer is involved.
§ Carry out Gartner’s Peer Insight References.
Education.
§ Marketing, Communication, Advertising or similar.
Experience § +5 years of experience in marketing roles.
§ Background managing marketing projects.
§ Demonstrable experience in planning, implement and executing Marketing plans.
§ Demonstrable experience in creating and organising events.
Hard Skills.
o CRM.
salesforce or similar o Marketing Automation.
Marketo or similar o Graphic design.
Canva, photoshop or similar o Ms Office.
excel, power point o Webinar platforms.
Goldcast or similar o Website edition (CMS).
Drupal or similar o SEO/SEM.
familiar with GA, Semrush, other o Social.
Linkedin, Youtube, Vidyard o Copywriting.

§ Passion for Customer Marketing.

§ Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
§ Great focus on details and ability to see the global picture as well.
§ Ability to plan and coordinate activities effectively as well as execute them, with a strong focus on analytics, familiar with KPIs and data analysis.
§ Results oriented person working towards the success of Customer Marketing, methodic, practical, with great capacity for Follow-up and control of daily tasks as a progress in the relationship with each customer.
§ Strong work team skills demonstrating facility to collaborate within different colleagues and departments.
§ Ability to build strong and engaged relationships with customers and the team.
§ Ability to maintain high levels of drive and energy being creative, proactive and dynamic.
§ Advance in Spanish and English is a must.
French is a plus.
§ Ability to travel occasionally.
