This is your chance to become a part of something bigger, to learn, and to make a significant impact within a leading tech company.Join us, become part of the SAGE Group and let's embark on this exciting journey together.Your functions will be:Report to the Product Management team to implement and execute efficient business processes, focusing on automation and seamless customer journeys as part of the core Product offering.Work with internal teams (Sales, CS, and Finance) to optimize data management, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of client information critical to business operations.Assist with the implementation and management of team platforms, such as Hubspot, Recurly, and Totango, driving process improvements and automations to enhance internal workflows.Oversee lead assignment and workflow management, including assigning and reviewing leads in HB and ensuring the effective execution of operational workflows, such as report reviews.Execute key business-critical processes, such as data corrections and maintaining critical data repositories, while proactively identifying areas for improvement.Experiment with AI technologies, such as GPT-4 or similar tools, to enhance productivity and incorporate innovative solutions into business processes.What we need from you:At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, data management, or process optimization within a SaaS environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related field.Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis (basic/intermediate level).Familiarity with modern SaaS tools (e.g., Hubspot, Recurly, Totango) is a plus.Interest and proficiency in the latest SaaS tools and modern business applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in Spanish is required, and the ability to hold a fluent conversation in English is highly valued.We offer:Flexible working time and Friday afternoons off - Start your weekend early! 🕒23 days of Holidays per year and flexible local days off 🌟Gym membership 🏋️ForceManager covers 100% Private Health Insurance 👩‍⚕️Employee and customer referral programs 🌟A supportive and dynamic team with virtual and in-person gatherings, ForceBar get-togethers, and the best Summer and Christmas parties 👥An excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and thrive in the Software as a Service (SaaS) ecosystem📲About usForceManager, the pioneering mobile-first CRM, is redefining the future of sales with our cutting-edge AI technology.
