¿Dónde vas a trabajar? Empresa biomédica especializada en nutrición médica dedicada a la investigación, innovación, desarrollo y fabricación de nuevos productos nutracéuticos.
Desde forma parte de un grupo multinacional líder en el sector.
Actualmente en la oficina de Barcelona están en pleno crecimiento y están en búsqueda de un perfil Customer Service para incorporarse en el equipo.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? ¿Qué funciones tendrás que desarrollar? Control y recepción de consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes y distribuidores a nivel nacional e internacional.
Gestión de pedidos a través del CRM de la compañía.
Interlocución directa con el departamento comercial.
Control presupuestario y facturación de las ventas de clientes y distribuidores.
Coordinación con logística y producción para cumplir los timings de entrega a clientes y distribuidores.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando? Grado en ADE o similares.
Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en una posición similar, preferiblemente en el sector suplementación y nutrición médica.
Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1).
Dominio avanzado Paquete Office.
Capacidad organizativa, proactividad y con habilidades comunicativas tanto escritas como habladas.

lunes a jueves de 8.
