Actualmente estamos buscando un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE para empresa especializada en la produccin y distribucin de productos destinados a la industria del plstico en la zona del VALLS ORIENTAL.
Cules sern responsabilidades Contribuirs en la optimizacin de los procesos de distribucin estableciendo relaciones duraderas con los clientes manteniendo la calidad de los servicios.
Atencin al cliente.
Soporte comercial (Investigacin de mercado identificacin de oportunidades y seguimiento de clientes potenciales).
Proceso y gestin de pedidos a travs de la ERP de la empresa.
Resolucin de incidencias.
Clculo de comisiones de los agentes.
Preparacin de la documentacin tcnica.
Qu esperamos de ti CFGM o CFGS en Administracin Comercio Marketing y/o ventas.
Experiencia previa de mnimo 2 aos en posicin similar.
Nivel avanzado de francs espaol e ingls.
Valorable conocimiento alto de alemn.
Nociones de Comercio Internacional/ logstica.
Valorable formacin en tcnicas de venta.
Ofimtica nivel usuario.
Residencia prxima al puesto de trabajo.
Eres la persona ideal si tienes alta orientacin al cliente compromiso y excelentes habilidades de comunicacin.
Qu te ofrecemos Contrato indefinido directo por empresa.
Horario de 8 a 17hrs de lunes a jueves y viernes de 8 a 15hrs.
Salario en funcin de la experiencia aportada beneficios sociales.
