We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Italian Speaker) to join our dynamic team.
You will be handling inbound call enquiries from existing policyholders, managing direct debit finance plans, and responding to inbound emails.
This role also involves processing policy changes, managing monthly payment plans, renewals, midterm adjustments, new business queries, issuing contracts, and providing administrative support through our diary system.
This role is integral to managing a consistent volume of enquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the efficient processing of policy changes.
