Handling customer inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app Providing end-to-end solutions for technical questions Assisting customers with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while following specific procedures Using phone and email channels to help customers Following security procedures around sensitive data Ensuring accurate documentation of actions taken with customers in the system What’s in it for you? Permanent contract Full-time rotating shifts, Monday to Friday from and weekends from days a week, 2 weekends per month.
