iVascular is a fast growing company founded in 2010 in Barcelona (Spain) with the aim of developing medical devices and therapies for the treatment of disorders of the vascular system and to become a reference in the vascular field by enhancing the value of technology and innovation.The team that started iVascular has more than 30 years of experience in the field of vascular devices, being responsible for obtaining one of the first CE marks for a drug-eluting stent more than 20 years ago.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service team.MISSION:The mission of the Customer Service Manager is to offer a fast, efficient and flexible customer service within the sales process, in order to achieve the highest possible degree of satisfaction in external customers (direct and indirect sales) and to provide the tools that allow a better coordination of the processes with our internal customers (departments) with the same goal.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer entries in the system.Introduction of direct and indirect sales orders in the system.Issuing and sending of offers.Communication of delivery dates/product availabilities to the customer.Tracking of order changes.Allocation of stocks in customer orders.Consignment control in direct sales hospitals and inventory control.Coordination and management of shipment preparation (with shipping and planning department).Coordination, implementation and follow-up of the system improvement project (involved departments: Customer Service, Production, Finance, Logistics, Shipping, Warehouse and Quality).Customer returns management + development of indicators.INC management + development of indicators and interdepartmental improvement plan.Creation/supervisions of standardized procedures manuals in system and other processesWeekly BO status analysis .Coordination, management and control of letters of credit .Development of departmental KPIs, monthly reporting for monitoring and control of the sameControl and management of expenses per customer in official documentation (invoice legalizations and certificates of origin).Request to the Quality Manager the issuance of statements and resolution of incidents related to pharmacy inspections and Health Authorities of the country of origin/destination.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Business Administration, International Business or similar field.Advanced level of Spanish and English, other languages such as Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic will be an added value.Demonstrable previous experience in the same or similar position.Great communication and leadership skills.Proactivity and initiative to implement new processes in the department.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.WHAT WE OFFER:Long-term project with competitive salary package.A collaborative and close environment with teamwork culture.Possibility of projection in a company in full expansion.In-house physiotherapy service.Flexible compensation package.Catering service subsidized by the company.
