Geen typisch callcenter maar werken aan een gezamenlijk product bij een open en informeel bedrijf.
Wij doen verschilende projecten voor zowel de Nederlandse als Belgische markt.
Taken
Het telefonisch benaderen van klanten en het maken van kwalitatief goede afspraken. Daarbij het administratief verwerken van klantgegevens en zorgen voor de juiste verwerking en planning voor de buitendienst.
Vereisten
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Vlaams. Je hebt goede computereigenschappen.
Je hebt een prettige telefoonstem en affiniteit met telefonisch klantcontact.
Je bent klantgericht en stressbestendig.
Woonachtig in een straat van 25 km rondom Santa Pola.
Benodigde werkpapieren m.b.t. Spanje zijn natuurlijk vereist. (NIE nummer etc.)
