In this exciting role, you will:Support the field service in the area of responsability including data management in CRM SystemProcess orders from order confirmation to handover to logistics / shipping and final invoicingTelephone communication and written correspondence with customersCreate and active tracking of outstanding sales offersContribute to a smooth process from the preparation of the offer to the delivery of the goodsTelephone advice to existing and potential customers on product issuesEntry and coordination of delivery schedulesCreation of offers and statisticsSupport in handing complaintsAddress customers in the event of payment delaysProcess intercompany ordersWe’re looking for a professional who can demonstrate the below skills & experience:Business Economics / Organization Management / Digital Management / Supply Chain or similar majorsStrong experience in Customer Service / Backoffice ManagementFluent spoken and written EnglishGerman language is a plusExperience in B2B business / industrial environment beneficialExperience in international matrix environment a plusOutcome-oriented approach and analytical skillsExperience working with SAP or other ERPAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIndependent, self-motivated, and structured work styleStrong communication skills (internal and externally)Persistence mixed with a high level of motivational skills and enthusiasmIntercultural competenceWhy CabkaWe embrace Diversity and Inclusion and are committed to providing equal opportunities to all of our applicants as well as our employees – regardless of race, gender, age, religion and beliefs, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, cultural, ethnic or national origins.
