Customer Service Advisor / Madrid / Permanent / 30,000 EUR‎Our client is a leading global distributor and are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be building strong relationships with customers on the telephone, overseeing all orders, liaising with key colleagues to ensure everything is in place to guarantee deliveries within lead time. You will handle all customer enquiries. Duties will include:Be the first point of contact for all customer requests for orders and any enquiresProcessing customer orders on the system and liaising with internal departments to ensure the order is fulfilledBuild strong relationship with customer to understand their needs, have weekly update calls with key accountsManage and oversee customer deliveries keeping the customer fully informed of timelinesTakes ownership of challenges and following through to ensure deliver as promised to the customer, collaborating with colleagues being the voice of the customersInvestigate complaints and help provide solutions to irradicate future issues Essential Skills:2-3 years previous experience in a demanding customer service environmentIT proficient in MS package, intermediate to advance in ExcelAbility to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environmentFluent in Spanish, Portuguese and EnglishExcellent communication skills – a relationship builderCustomer Service Advisor / Madrid / Permanent / 30,000 EUR
