Tu misión principal será la gestión de cuentas clientes asignadas, en su mayoría en Portugal, interpretando las peticiones de los clientes, supervisando el rendimiento y la entrega e investigando las reclamaciones.
Funciones principales del puesto.
· Recibir y procesar las consultas de los clientes · Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos de los clientes · Responder por teléfono a las preguntas de los clientes · Responder a los correos electrónicos relativos a los pedidos/consultas de los clientes dentro de un ámbito de responsabilidad determinado · Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos abiertos y las entregas pendientes de los clientes dentro de un ámbito de responsabilidad determinado · Junto con los compañeros, encontrar y mantener las mejores prácticas en la atención al cliente Requisitos.
- +2 años de experiencia en el área de Customer Service - Excelentes conocimientos de portugués C1 / nativo - Nivel de inglés B2-C1 - Formación.
FP Superior en Administración y finanzas - Conocimientos de teléfono/comunicaciones - Conocimientos de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ofrecemos.
- Contrato indefinido y directamente en plantilla de cliente - Posibilidad de promociones internas.
- Posibilidad de teletrabajo 1 día a la semana.
- Jornada completa de lunes a viernes - Horario flexible.
De lunes a jueves - entrada.
8 a h.
