These recognized brand names have become a reference in the industry. TIPSA has established itself as the only organization in Europe to produce both lay-flat hoses and firefighting nozzles, using the latest technology to supply high quality products that save lives, as well as offering a wide variety of couplings and hose related accessories. WE ARE LOOKING FOR a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Export Market at our offices in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain.RESPONSIBILITIES: Order Processing: Manage customer orders (orders introduction in the ERP, invoicing, organizing international shipping, collection claims).Respond to Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns and complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate information and support.Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service processes. REQUIREMENTS:+3 years of proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry.Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in German, Dutch or French is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or other related majors highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Expertise in using computers and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems)Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a good vibes attitude.Residence in the Barcelona metropolitan area. WE OFFER:Becoming part of a well-established leading international company.Possibilities for professional growth in the company.Competitive salary. We value diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.
