IMPORTANT: applications that don’t follow the application process will be automatically rejected.# Job DescriptionWe are looking for a person who is responsible for handling customers’ queries, by performing different tasks such as replying to emails, handling tickets or answering phone calls. This person must be highly organized and be able to work well under pressure, have a problem-solving mindset and always put the customer first.
