Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We are looking for Collections & Ops Specialist for expand our business and give support to our global collection department!Responsibilities:Prepare regular reports on collections performance e.g. including aging reports, collection ratesMonitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments.Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues with clients.Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting records.Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies to improve cash flow.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.Track and report key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Manage resources effectively, including inventory, equipment, and personnel.Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption.Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Ensuring collections KPIs are met or exceededLead by example & never stop improvingQualifications:Native Dutch proficiency is a must-have.
