We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Staff for KYB (KYB Europe - Iberia Branch), one of our biggest clients. KYB is one of the world's largest suppliers of original equipment (OE) shock absorbers to vehicle manufacturers. General Mission Aftermarket Customer sales orders management for the customers handled by KYB Europe GmbH – Iberia Branch.Organisational StatusReports to KYB Europe GmbH – Iberia Branch Customer Service Coordinator.DutiesCustomer Orders Management Record customer orders in the system.Creation of necessary documentation to assure correct order preparation and delivery.Order preparation recordsPacking listDelivery notesInvoices and credit notesOrders & logistic process support and follow up.Manage customer complaints by driving the resolution of any performance issues on the customer account, ensuring the right people is involved.General Administration Register and maintain Customer data records and purchase orders in ERP system.  Issue and Control export documents (DAU, EUR1, CO, BL).Follow up customer orders with logistics organization (external warehouse and transport).Candidate’s ProfileMinimum Studies: High school education.Intense knowledge and experience in customer service departments managing incoming calls, e-mails, and requests (2-year experience).Must have general business experience.MS Office package knowledge.Spanish language.English language both speaking & writing is mandatory.Must have own car & driving license because there is no public transport available to connect with Alcalá de Henares.
