CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

We are searching for a talented Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist to ensure company´s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand & supply planning duties for commercial sales. You will be first point of contact of Key Accounts, with an strong customer focus.To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities include participation on one or more cross-functional team(s) and performance and quality oversight of 3rd parties.Responsabilities:Customer Service (internal and external). Main customer point of contact and continuous support to avoid product shortage and/or overstock.Receipt and manage firm PO based on Lead Times and customer requirements.Key account assigned management assuring operational excellence and customer loyalty.Develop effective forecast based on customer demand and support commercial team. Conduct monthly forecast maintenance. Track Demand vs Forecasts.Coordination of new launches and ongoing production together with third parties and internal stakeholders.Propose and implement solutions to improve supply chain.Demand/ firm orders management (sales, samples, invoicing activities).Elaborate proposals to Customers to align demand and supply/capacity in plants.Elaborate and monitor Forecast and Demand Planning KPIsAddress demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.Monthly forecast maintenance. Monitor and report changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.Qualifications:Education: University Degree and preferably Master in Supply Chain.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, any other language is an asset.Experience (years/area): +3 years of experience in Supply Chain or related functions preferred as Demand Planning, Customer Service, Planning.Specific Knowledge: Strong Customer focus and relationship building. Basic knowledge in medication registries. Logistics knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry and SAP R3 and APO. General computer skills (i.e. Office)
