La misi贸n de STROHM es proporcionar soluciones globales en el mundo de los ba帽os con una amplia gama de productos como platos de ducha, mobiliario, mamparas de ducha de cristal, espejos, lavabos y luminarias.聽Estamos en b煤squeda de un Team Lead de Customer Service responsable y polivalente para liderar y desarrollar a nuestro equipo en Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara. Ser谩s responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs y la excelencia en el servicio, gestionando procesos, supervisando la calidad de las interacciones y promoviendo la mejora continua tanto del equipo como de los procedimientos. Si disfrutas de un entorno din谩mico y afrontas con 茅xito desaf铆os empresariales variados, 隆queremos conocerte!聽En este rol, reportar谩s directamente al Supply Chain Manager.聽Funciones / responsabilidades claves:Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de atenci贸n al cliente, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de rendimiento y proporcionando orientaci贸n y formaci贸n continua.Supervisar el cumplimiento de KPIs y otros indicadores clave, utilizando herramientas de an谩lisis para identificar oportunidades de mejora.Gestionar el software de atenci贸n al cliente (Presence) para optimizar la gesti贸n de llamadas y el flujo de trabajo.Desarrollar y mejorar procesos de atenci贸n al cliente, implementando las mejores pr谩cticas y asegurando su mantenimiento.Documentar y estandarizar los procedimientos, revisando regularmente los procesos operativos para garantizar la eficiencia y adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes.Proporcionar retroalimentaci贸n continua al equipo, identificando oportunidades de desarrollo y asegurando un soporte preciso y oportuno a los clientes.Colaborar con otros departamentos para optimizar la resoluci贸n de consultas y garantizar una experiencia fluida para los clientes.Analizar datos y comentarios de clientes para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la calidad del servicio y los procesos internos.聽Conocimientos, experiencia y competencias requeridas:T铆tulo universitario en ADE o similarM谩s de 4 a帽os de experiencia demonstrable en roles de supervisi贸n o liderazgo en atenci贸n al cliente dentro de empresas industrialesExperiencia en la gesti贸n de software de atenci贸n al cliente.Valorable conocimiento de Dynamics365S贸lidas habilidades de gesti贸n de procesos y capacidad para optimizar flujos de trabajo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci贸n, tanto verbal como escrita.Paquete Office con Excel avanzadoPreferiblemente residir cerca de Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara o en el Corredor del Henares.Imprescindible tener veh铆culo propio (hay parking disponible en el lugar).Se valorar谩 el conocimiento del ingl茅s.聽聽Si est谩s buscando un nuevo reto y tienes experiencia en liderar equipos de atenci贸n al cliente, 煤nete a nosotros en STROHM Teka y contribuye al crecimiento y 茅xito de nuestro equipo!聽
