As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional end-to-end order processing, disputes, and customer data management for the assigned region ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing the order to cash processes in order to deliver our products to patients in a timely manner and in compliance with Mundipharma internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Role and responsibilities Organize and manage alignment for their Markets with various internal and external departments such as Commercial, Logistics, Quality and Finance and 3rd party (distributors, vendors) to ensure order fulfilment is completed and meet our customer requirements.
Monitor order status in the various systems and proactively communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders Handles order discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding order status or product availability to ensure supply chain continuity.
Executes order Processing.
Produces sales invoices accurately based on approved Sales orders and contract terms.
Coordinating with Finance to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any invoicing issues........
