Join our Customer Success team and elevate the customer experience to new heights!At ForceManager, our mission is to ensure customer loyalty, enhance adoption, engagement, and growth. As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences and a key player in strengthening our relationships.Your functions will be:Act as a trusted advisor to our SMB customers, helping them to achieve business value and ROI from their investment in ForceManager.Ensure customer successful implementation and adoption based on each customer’s use case and needs, by becoming a subject-matter expert in ForceManager and sales processes.Identify any internal or external risks that could impact in the implementation and growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your book of accounts, in order to maximize value for customers, as well as upsell and cross-sellMonitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.Identify, develop and execute strategic internal improvements that impact on the the role’s efficiency.What we need from you:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 1-3 years experience as a Customer Success Specialist or Account Manager in a B2B SaaS.Completely fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
