The specific position we have open is in our Customer Success team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, introduce you to property management and how to deliver top notch client experiences.More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Customer Success Team:Assist in managing owner and tenant relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Support in preparing properties for client’s arrival ensuring the highest level of quality Help in resolving client queries and providing administrative support to Customer Success managers.Who you are:Our internship program is a great opportunity to kickstart your career if you are highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the luxury real estate industry. You are flexible and not afraid of change. You have a strong eye for detail and a passion to deliver the highest standards of service for our customers. You are hands-on and thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.Job Skills & Qualifications:RequiredCurrently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You speak English fluently and Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in iOS and Google suite.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.We care about you!VDB benefits allow you and the team to feel appreciated and empowered.
