The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for a customer, leaving no stone unturned in the quest to solve their challenges and make them feel valued.Functions and Responsibilities:Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brandDevelop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customersCollaborate with our merchant-success and product teams to drive constant improvementMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issuesManage customer conversations across all our support channelsAnswer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid supportProactively take steps to enhance the customer experienceShare relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offeringsEvaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, measure results, and iterateReport on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trendsRequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFriendly and empathetic demeanorExceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgmentAbility to collaborate across departments and teamsPreferred skillsProven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectationsProficiency with customer service softwareExcellent attention to detailAbility to communicate in more than one language. Fluent in English and Spanish.
