We work closely with our customers in the Automotive industry in order to shape the next generation Cybersecurity systems. You’ll also participate, with your knowledge, in the development of TTTech Auto’s Cybersecurity business.The Cybersecurity Manager is involved in the product feature (or capability) definition / stakeholder management, supporting the Solution Management team (backlog refinement sessions, CCB, etc.). Collaboration with Solution Architects and Managers to ensure stakeholder expectations are in-line with solution architecture security concept.Your tasks:Internal tasksResponsible for establishing and maintaining a robust process (quality cookbook) to ensure that all products and projects adhere to the highest standards of security compliance. This includes, but is not limited to, the ISO21434, UNECE, ASPICE security, and other relevant internal and industry standards.Analyzing requirements, use cases, SW designs and concepts and using them as input to conduct Threat and Risk Assessments (TARA). Based on the insights gained from TARA and a deep understanding of the requirements, you will develop comprehensive security concepts. These concepts will serve as the foundation for solution teams for implementing robust security measures.Support Solution Architecture teams to design the security measures you previously designed in the Security Concept.Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance departments to ensure that the company consistently passes all security audits and assessments conducted by our customers. You will provide expert guidance and support throughout the audit preparation and execution phases, guaranteeing that all security practices meet or exceed the stringent requirements set forth by our clients and industry regulators.Be a key educator and mentor within our organization, responsible for training colleagues to understand and effectively implement security measures within their respective areas. A significant part of this role involves providing specialized training and guidance to Software Architects and Software Engineers, ensuring they are well-equipped to integrate security best practices into their workflows.You will develop and lead training sessions, create educational materials, and offer ongoing support to foster a culture of security-mindedness across our technical teams.Customer tasksAnalyzing security requirements derived from customer documents. This role requires a meticulous approach to dissecting and understanding the customer's security needs and expectations. You will mark the requirements as security relevant for creating the Security Concept.Be responsible for synthesizing security requirements from both customer documentation and in-house product specifications.Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) that aligns with customer and MotionWise requirements. Following the TARA, you will create a detailed security concept tailored to the specific needs of the joint solution (product and project).Provide support to both the Software Architect and Solution Architect in designing security frameworks that align with the security concept.Your Profile:5-10 years security management / engineering experienceKnowledge about ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29Basic SW development skills (basic understanding of SW development process, SW architecture)Knowledge of Automotive System ArchitecturesAbility to bridge Agile development and ISO/SAE 21434Excellent communication skills in EnglishGood presentation skillsGood negotiation skillsSkills to Create the Difference:Understanding of TTTech Core technologyKnowledge of ISO 26262Previous experience in implementing security measures into safety critical systems.Previous experience using BlackDuckCISM or equivalent certificationKnowledge of Automotive grade operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR, QNX). Knowledge of industrial buses (CAN, RS-232, LIN, FlexRay...).
