DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO • Enfoque comercial y de ventas – Maximizar las ventas, las oportunidades y el rendimiento • Gestión de stock – Gestionar el stock para minimizar el coste • Personas – Dirigir y motivar al equipo para lograr los estándares de la empresa • Merchandising – Proporcionar excelentes estándares visuales • Estándares Operacionales – Cumplimiento de las expectativas y política de la empresa • Atención al cliente – Dirigir el equipo para prestar un servicio de atención al cliente excelente • Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente – Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y salud • Seguridad – Evitar la pérdida de bienes de la empresa, robos y control de personal EXPERIENCIA Y APTITUDES DESEADAS • Experiencia en puesto similar en el sector retail y/o distribución, al menos 2 años • Licenciado Universitario • Deseable movilidad para cambio de residencia, no obligatorio • Deseable buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito • Experiencia en gestión de equipos • Persona dinámica y proactiva • Excelentes capacidades comunicativas 'Compromiso con la igualdad de oportunidades.'
