our main mission will be.
to report to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of this 4* Alua Illa de Menorca Hotel and support the rest of the complex in S'Algar (Apartments / Adults Only Hotel) together with the General Managers.
our main functions will be.
• Coordination, supervision and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel:• Supporting the General Manager Lead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.• Ensure proper implementation of Hyatt procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

March Qualifications What do we expect from you?A minimum of three (2) years of experience in Deputy General Manager positions.
nowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.
