Strong command over integration technology, standards & best practices 2.
Strong command over all aspects of software engineering including solution design as well as development 3.
High complexity solution design as well as implementations in scope for each release.

Critically review & optimize deliveries from the developers from his/her assigned project team 5.
Can work in agile as well as waterfall SDLC 6.
Good understanding of integration design patterns, integration design and development.
