Roles and Responsibilities Position Title-Manager-Lead -Automation Testing Responsibilities.
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks, libraries, and tools to facilitate automated testing across multiple platforms and technologies.
Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies for test automation development, execution, and reporting, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Establish and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing, continuously optimizing test coverage and effectiveness.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation solutions into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless automation across the software development lifecycle.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work closely with development teams to prioritize and address defects in a timely manner.
Communicate test automation progress, issues, and recommendations to QA Lead through regular status updates, reports.
Requirements Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.
., ISTQB Advanced Level, AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
Proven experience in test automation development roles, with a strong track record of successfully implementing and managing test automation initiatives in Agile software development environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies.
In-depth knowledge of RESTful API standards and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure), containerization technologies (e.
