Assist in creating visual identity concepts for new and existing brands.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency across various platforms and touchpoints.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and engaging design ideas.
Package Design.
Support the design and development of packaging for a variety of products across our portfolio.
Work with packaging engineers to ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and cost-effective.
Conduct research and analysis on current packaging trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Project Collaboration.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and supply chain to achieve project goals.
Prepare design presentations and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approvals.
Prototyping and Testing.
Create prototypes and mock-ups to test and refine design concepts.
Assist in the preparation of artwork files for production.
Research and Insights.
Observe market research to understand consumer needs and preferences.
Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategies.

Requirements.
Currently enrolled in an accredited BFA program, ideally focused on Packaging and Branding Open to Senior Level Students Expectation to be in New York City office at least 2-3 days per week, following the hybrid schedule Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)     Skills & Competencies.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
