We are looking for a Design Manager to be based in our Barcelona Head Office who will be responsible for overseeing the successful design and execution of various hospitality and F&B projects across Europe, North Africa and Turkey in specific timelines, adhering to approved design standards and delivering exceptional quality...
Main responsibilities.
-Comprehends the design process and develops initial design layouts for potential projects..
-Does site visits to potential venues and understands the difficulties and possibilities of the site..
-Collaborates closely with the head office team to address drawing, plan, schedule, and any other project-related issues promptly and efficiently..
-Conducts frequent site visits to ongoing projects across Europe, ensuring effective coordination and smooth progress..
-Monitors project advancement in line with the established project plan, proactively informing the head office team of any updates and taking swift corrective actions when necessary..
-Exercises diligent supervision over the entire project’s execution process, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining exceptional standards and meeting the satisfaction of the company..
-Upholds continuity of business operations while adhering to approved design and quality guidelines..
-Work closely with Design and Technical Services and operation teams to guarantee efficient work flow.
-Coordinate with the Head Office team to ensure frequent updates on project status..

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar.
-5 years of proven experience in the field.
-Background in hospitality and F&B projects will be highly valued.
-A willingness to travel extensively..
-Fluency in English and Spanish is essential..
