The challengeAs a company, Trackingplan's objective is to help ensure marketing data quality and best data quality practices for our customer companies.Currently, our product helps mostly digital marketing agencies and large companies that carry out online transactions (fashion e-commerce, insurance companies, banks, publishers, etc.) to deal with the complexity of their digital analytics: different technologies, internal teams supported by external providers both in the development as in analytics, continuous online marketing campaigns, the need to report to management and data that is not completely reliable.We're seeking a Digital Analytics Consultant to maintain accurate and effortless digital analytics for our customers. Joining the Customer Success team, you'll report to the CRO (Chief revenue officer). The perfect fit will blend their expertise in digital analytics with a knack for understanding customer needs and enhancing product use.We are a full remote company. We see each other in person once a quarter and we also take care of each other throughout the year.Your Mission: Empower Customers, Fuel GrowthIn this dynamic role, you'll be the linchpin of customer success, helping businesses unlock the full potential of our product. You will guide customers from pre-purchase trials to advocates, working closely with multiple teams to tailor solutions and develop strategies for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a Customer ChampionYou must master the use of the tool in order to solve questions even before they are clients.Guide new users through seamless onboarding and training.Build enduring relationships with key stakeholders.Strategically address customer needs to enhance their experience and loyalty.Drive Business ResultsCollaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and accompany them in renewal processes.Conduct customer health checks to mitigate risk and optimize usage by implementing product analytics and qualitative insight-gathering processes.Be the Voice of the CustomerCollect and channel customer feedback to improve our product.Resolve any customer concerns in collaboration with our engineering team.Advocate & EducatePromote customer testimonials and encourage active participation in our user community.Stay ahead of industry trends and product updates to serve as a trusted advisor.Team Collaboration & ReportingLiaise with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams for holistic customer success.Maintain concise customer records and provide insightful updates to management.Personal GrowthContinuously learn, keeping up-to-date with our product and industry best practices.You areTeam Player: You are open and thrive in team-oriented environments.Digital Analytics Expertise: You possess experience with various analytics tools, notably Google Analytics.Problem Solver: You've tackled reporting challenges stemming from implementation or data quality issues.Technical Skills: You understand the intricacies of tagging for both websites and mobile applications.Client Interaction: You're comfortable and skilled in managing accounts and engaging directly with clients.Behavioral analysis: You feel comfortable analyzing user behavior through reporting and product analytics tools.Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog, tag management tools and marketing pixels like Meta, Google Ads or TikTok.Marketing Collaboration: You've partnered with marketing teams, assisting in campaign implementation and tracking pixel measurement.Development Collaboration: You've either worked alongside development teams or have personally handled the tagging of multiple websites and apps.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishDon't be scared by this exhaustive list. It is not necessary to check all the points if you fit in the team.Extra awesomeSales Collaboration: You've played a role in sales processes, including proposal preparation and discussions with potential clients.Advanced Data Analysis: You bring experience in analyzing data using databases, data lakes, and tools such as R or Python.Programming Skills: Proficiency in Javascript or Python.Language Skills: Apart from English and Spanish, fluency in an additional languageSalary40.000 - 55.000€/yearBenefitsTP's business hours are 9am to 5pm CET. We expect people to have notifications turned on during this time and schedule meetings preferably in this time window. Your working hours should overlap largely with the business hours, but this is NOT our timetable.
