Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux des performances et insufflez une véritable culture du business au sein de l’entreprise.Enfin, votre connaissance du secteur et votre esprit analytique, vous permet d'ajuster la tarification des équipements, en fonction des clients, des pays et de la stratégie commerciale que vous suivez.PROFIL RECHERCHEVous justifiez de plus de 5 ans d’expérience commerciale dans le domaine B2B, avec une expertise solide dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.Vous maîtrisez l’anglais couramment, et la connaissance d’une troisième langue (allemand, espagnol) serait un atout.Autonome et opérationnel, vous êtes en mesure d'accompagner la société dans son déploiement international. Le pragmatisme et la culture du terrain vous caractérisent faisant de vous le meilleur représentant commercial de l'entreprise.Vous faites preuve de leadership et êtes capable de fédérer une équipe autour d’une vision commune, au service de la performance globale de l’entreprise.
