We are dedicated to growing our online business and making our products available everywhere online, with a special focus on managing pure player accounts like Amazon.Your main responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute annual e-commerce business plans specifically for pure player accounts, with a strong focus on Amazon.Implement SEO strategies including content updates (images, descriptions, attributes, keywords).Execute e-commerce promotional plans in coordination with other departments and external agencies.Manage the digital shelf tracking tool and plan for improvement.Introduce new customers and manage new client acquisitions.Forecast and analyze sell-out evolution and market share.Prepare and manage customer campaign offers and account negotiations.Control the budget and resolve logistic incidents and financial charges. Key Account Management:Directly manage Amazon and other pure player accounts, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Enhance online execution on Amazon and other platforms by leading initiatives to close performance gaps.Develop and share category and shopper insights for the e-commerce segment, particularly focused on pure players.Establish Hero Spain as a category leader in the online space, especially on Amazon. Business Reviews and Reporting:Conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets for pure player accounts like Amazon.Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investments. Cross-Functional Partnership:Work with Key Account teams to align e-commerce strategies and business plans for Amazon and other pure players.Lead cross-functional work streams to deliver unique solutions in partnership with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Shopper Insights, and Global e-commerce teams.Utilize data insights and new customer capabilities to identify new revenue and brand marketing opportunities.Academic BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. A Master’s degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is valuable.2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with significant experience managing pure player accounts like Amazon.Proficient in English (B2 - C1 level).Strong understanding of e-commerce, account management, and online category management.Proficiency in SEO, digital advertising, and data analysis.Experience with digital shelf tracking tools and budget control.Additional Skills:Competences:Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking.Attention to detail and ability to interpret data to improve online trading performance.Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for the role.Based in Spain.What do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)During these 100 years we have come a long way, but we want to continue doing so for another 100 years.
