YOUR MISSION With Glovo’s continuous growth, the Glovo Store (glovostore.
om) has become a key lever to increase other revenues coming from Partners and Couriers, compensating Glovo's C02 emissions through sustainable packaging and bring local teams a useful ecommerce platform to supply core Glovo items to their main stakeholders Partners and Courier.
As an important part of procurement, partner operations, courier and social impact plans, the platform plays an important role today and a bigger one in the future, not only for Glovo but also for the Delivery Hero group.
To ensure the Glovo Store keeps growing at a high pace while maintaining good operations we need to hire an Ecommerce Specialist.
THE JOURNEY Take ownership of key e-commerce operations (category management, pricing, vendor management, logistics, support, billing, point of contact for different countries) Decide about the best UI UX implementations in e-commerce.
Constant collaboration with global, regional and local teams to make sure the masterplan defined is met.
Reporting of Glovo Store KPIs to all stakeholders while leading analysis and turning insights into actions.
Identify growth opportunities to increase our partner base and maximize revenues.
Make sure all e-commerce operations operate at its highest levels while growing business.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 5 years of work experience in operations roles in an e-commerce/marketplace company.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills Data driven mindset with great Excel / Google Sheets skills with dashboard constructor capabilities in Looker, Qlikview or other similar tools.
Excellent presentations skills Hands-on attitude is a must.
You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!  English is a must.
Spanish is a plus.
