We offer a wide variety of marketing and advertising services, including strategy and planning, creative, content production, traditional and digital media advertising, influencer marketing, event marketing, e-commerce and performance marketing, among others.✔️ Your role at Cheil: e-Retail Performance Manager ✔️ What we are looking for?As a member of the E-retail Team, you’ll help support Samsung Iberia in improving their online retailer performance in terms of sales but also awareness and content optimization.Key areas of focus are to increase e-retail sales conversion by enhancing, brand positioning, brand visibility, enhanced content, increased conversion with a clear and timely go to market strategy on new launches using data-driven capabilities.Responsibilities: Supporting Samsung Spain and Portugal’s vision to grow the online retailer sales and brand presence.Work in a collaborative and aligned manner with Samsung Spain and Portugal’s strategy in driving Shared ServicesRegularly use the available insights tools/platforms to review and extract meaningful insightsReview and understand analytical outputs from the data team including daily/monthly/quarterly reports and insights.Support local Samsung Stakeholders and e-Retail partners utilizing shared services across content, insights tools to drive a better understanding of channels and ultimately enable and increase performance.Work closely with the central team and other local subsidiaries to build channel campaign strategies, ways of improving product portfolio, and optimize channel investments.This role will require traveling in Portugal for workshops, meetings, etc.Candidate Requirements:Experience in visualizing and identifying strategic roadmaps.Ability to work across the board and demonstrate clarity in strategic objectives.Excellent relationship management experience working with internal teams, clients, and third parties.Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop structured storylines for presentations inspired by data/analytics.Ability to create and deliver persuasive, clear, and concise communications for various audiences with minimal guidance.Channel Marketing experience, working within a Channel Team.Having worked with Jira, Similar Web and related tools will be consider as a plus.Ability to identify key trends and opportunities to boost brand and category performance across channels.Develop actionable insights and improvements across e-Retailer channels.Confident in working with complex data-sets translating data into real-life actionable insights and plans.Expert user of MS packages including Excel and PowerPoint expertise or any application to build presentations.Languages: English – level C1 Portuguese- Proficiency required✔️ We would like you to bring together attitudes that have to do with...Working effectively with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, abilities, motivations, or backgrounds.Making the most effective use of the capabilities, insights, and ideas of all individuals.Inspiring others by generating innovative solutions in work situations .Trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.Working effectively and cooperatively with others.Establishing and maintaining good working relationships.Setting high goals for personal and group accomplishment.Tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals by proactively confronting difficult issues.Establishing and sustaining trusting relationships by accurately perceiving and interpreting one’s own and others’ emotions and behavior.Leveraging insights to effectively manage one’s own responses and reactions.✔️ Next steps:Are you motivated by what you have just read?
